Agreement to Terms
By using Always, you agree to follow these rules. If you don't agree, don't use the platform.
These rules can change at any time. Continuing to use the platform after changes means you accept them.
Platform Ownership
zolar owns Always and everything on it.
We can remove content, accounts, or features at any time without warning.
Don't steal or copy our content. We will take action to protect what's ours.
Using the Platform
You must be 14 years or older to use Always.
Keep your account information safe. You're responsible for everything that happens on your account.
Don't use Always for anything illegal or to damage the platform.
Be respectful to everyone.
Your Content
You own what you upload, but we can use it at any time.
Content you upload cannot be used by anyone else unless you include a public disclaimer in the asset's name, description, your profile blurb, or your status stating they can use it.
You're responsible for what you upload. Make sure it doesn't break any rules.
We can remove anything that breaks these rules or is otherwise inappropriate.
All content must be appropriate for everyone. No profanity, sexual content, violence, or mature themes.
Prohibited Conduct
No sexual, pornographic, or inappropriate content.
No harassment, bullying, threats, or harm toward other users.
No hate speech, discrimination, or promoting violence against anyone.
No sharing personal information about yourself or others.
No trying to access accounts or parts of the platform you're not allowed to.
No malware, viruses, or harmful code.
No impersonating people or pretending to be someone you're not.
No stealing, copying, or sharing our content without permission.
No scamming, phishing, or fraudulent behavior.
No exploits, cheats, or unauthorized software.
No real-world trading of accounts, items, or currency.
Account Termination
We can suspend or delete your account at any time, especially if you break these rules.
Members of zolar's employment program can ban anyone at any time without providing a reason.
If your account is removed, you lose access immediately.
Removed accounts will have their IP addresses permanently banned. Making new accounts after being banned is not allowed, and trying to bypass the ban will make things worse.
To appeal punishments, visit /support.
User Safety
Never share your password with anyone, even if they claim to be staff.
Be careful when interacting with other users and report anything suspicious.
No Guarantees
Always is provided as is. We don't promise it will always work perfectly.
We can't guarantee the platform will be available 24/7 or completely secure.
Limitation of Responsibility
We're not responsible for any problems that come from using Always.
